What is the processing time for my order? 

Invitations 
Orders from our Semi-custom Collections take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the size of your order, printing method, and embellishments chosen. This timeline assumes all needed content is provided upon order confirmation. We strongly recommend you begin the order process as early as possible to allow sufficient time to process the order and for shipping. 

Vow Books
Vow book orders are generally shipped within 1-3 working days.

Wax Seals
Wax seal orders (except personalized wax seals) are generally shipped within 3-5 working days.

Personalized Wax Stamps & Seal Stickers
Personalized wax stamp orders are generally shipped within 5-8 working days.
Personalized wax seal sticker orders are shipped within 7-10 working days. 

Place Cards
Place card and name tag orders are generally shipped within 5-7 working days. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally and are able to accommodate different languages for our invitation orders. Please contact us for details. 

Can my order be rushed?

Yes, we accept requests for rushed orders. Please contact us and provide us with your desired items and receive date. We try our best to accommodate and will let you know if it is possible to meet your required date. An additional fee might apply.
