Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Non-personalized ready made products
∙ Cancellations are accepted prior to orders being dispatched.
∙ Returns are accepted for unused items in its original packaging within 1 month of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

Personalized and custom products
∙ Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted unless the package arrives damaged or defective.

For incorrect information supplied by the buyer, any reprinting cost or production cost will be covered by the buyer.

Order Processing & Shipping

∙ Order processing times vary across products and are stated in the product description on each listing. We do our very best to honor them and will notify you promptly if items are out of stock.

∙ Larger orders might take an additional 1-3 working days to process.
∙ Shipping transit times displayed at check-out are in addition to the order processing time stated on the listings.
∙ We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal services, weather, custom inspection, or any reasons that we have no control of. We strongly suggest to allow extra time for shipping when possible.
∙ If a package is unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer or any other reason that is not our mistake or within our control, the buyer is responsible for the cost to re-ship the items.

Taxes & Duties

All orders are dispatched in Hong Kong. Customers may be charged for import duty and handling fees when the parcel reaches its destination country. Such fees levied by the customer's local customs authority is to be paid by the addressee of the order. As customs policies and import duties vary widely across countries, it is up to the customer to understand the related procedures and fees from your local authority, especially for European countries. The product and shipping prices on our website do not include any of such fees. Those charges would be assessed separately by your local customs office upon the item's arrival in your country.

Pricing

Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that our listed prices are incorrect, we retain the right to cancel and refund the order placed.

Your personal information that you provide will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will not sell nor trade your information to any third party.
